My performance on the weekend was a credit to the work of my coaches and the team around me to get me back on the start line and in decent race shape. I honestly cannot thank the team enough for the support that they bring to me as an athlete and combined with Rob's unwavering faith in me, I'm in a very good place.

A couple of Col's later... (17.03.14)

It has been glorious weather here in Geneva these past few weeks, and last Wednesday it was sunny, warm, dry and probably about 19*C down at the lake. A perfect day for a scheduled 4h bike ride and of course it would have made good sense to head down to the lake, ride the road that follows the shores and enjoy the fine conditions. It didn't quite work out that way.

Relentlessly optimistically positive  (12.02.14)

Now don't get me wrong, it is my understanding that we need to have positivity in order to cancel out the negativity. The negativity that should be shot. Put in a bag and thrown in the glacial river. Covered in jam and left infront of the wasps nest. Zapped. Kerpow'd. And generally vapourised out of existence. But what if there was a third option...?
